Junichi Nakahara and a gift hat for his mother
A gift hat for my mother
My mother wore the hat I gave her as a gift.
(She fell at the end of the year and her face is still bruised, so the picture is with sunglasses.)
I tried to coordinate it with the hat.
I chose the fabric
so that it would be easy to match with my mother's fashion.
I am happy that she wears it well.
I am happy that she wears it well. I am self-satisfied, but I am creative in matching the fabrics.
This is the fun part of handmade products.
What is true beauty?
I went to the Junichi Nakahara exhibition on this day.
On August 15, 1946, one year after the end of the war, Mr. Junichi Nakahara launched Soreiyo, a magazine that "I want to make a book that will make people have dreams and hopes again and aspire to a beautiful life.
He wants to make life beautiful and enjoyable not by spending money, but by doing what he can do.
His beautiful illustrations and various creative suggestions thrilled me as I felt like a woman at that time.
And my heart was saddened to think how much hope this magazine must have given them.
By the way, the brooch of the day was handmade by my mother.
It goes well with her attire.
Now that everything is readily available at reasonable prices,
I want to aspire to live a rich and beautiful life with a little care and attention.
The "perfect fit for me"
"perfect fit for her"
for yourself and for your loved ones.
I would like to propose making hats that make you feel happy.
