Order placement

STEP 1. Shopping cart

Place your order in shopping cart after selecting pattern from our list of patterns page.

Recheck your order and go to "purchase" page.

STEP 2. Membership log-in

"Registered member"

Input your registered email address and password to log-in.

"Guests"

Please select "create an account"
*You can purchase without registering membership, but by registering, you can view your order history and it will be convenient next time you shop.

We offer special benefits for registered members.
Please also register for 'Mail magazine'.

Confirm / Change registered email address

Customers who wish to confirm or change their registered email address,please go to "FAQ"

STEP 3. Shipping address

Please select 'address'
When shipping to new address, please select 'input of new address'
Please choose 'shipping method' and go to 'payment' procedure.

STEP 4 Payment methods & Address

You can make payments either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Please input your credit card information.
Please reconfirm your credit card information and click 'payment', your order will be confirmed. ('Order Confirmation' for bank transfer.)

STEP 5 Order Confirmation

Your place of order is completed.
Please check our 'Order Confirmation' email. *Bank account information will be given to customers who chose bank transfer.

PDF download patterns/ patterns with instruction video

• Patterns are offered by downloading PDF files (no delivery of items).
  We will send necessary files through email for downloading.
  Patterns must be printed out by the customer.
• For patterns with video instructions：After receiving your order, we will send URL link through email.

Order cancellation

Your order is confirmed by our 'Order confirmation' email.

We cannot accept you to cancel /change order or return item after our 'Order confirmation'.

Return & exchange policy

We accept cancellation/change of order or return of item only when there is a problem with our item or when we shipped the wrong item.

If you find any defects or wrong packing, please contact uswithin 5 days from the date of deliveryby e-mail or contact us.

We will exchange with the proper item in such case.

We do not accept exchange in the following cases;

1. When the item is different from your image or size etc.
2. When there is a problem with our item and you have not notified us within 5 days after receiving.
3. Sales item.
4. Preordered or ordered item.
5. When you have lost accessories of the item.
6. When you have stained or damaged the item.
7. When you have used the item.
8. When you made the purchase other than our online shop.
9. In cases that we decide unacceptable to exchange.

In cases when exchange is necessary but item is out of stock, we will make refunds.
When payment is made by credit cards, refund process will conform to the credit card company.

Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items

Shipping fee will not be charged when exchange (item problem or shipping of wrong item) is made.
