Payment method and time of payment:
・ Payment methods are credit card payment.
The billing date varies depending on the credit card company: VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Please note that if the delivery date is more than one month in advance, the payment may be debited before the product is delivered.
Shipping of merchandise: Merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Shipping method of goods:
We will ship by the method you choose when you place your order. For digital contents, we will send you the available files by e-mail.
Returns, defective products, and cancellations:
The contract with the customer is considered to be concluded when the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent from our store.
If there are any defects in the product or the product is incorrectly packaged upon delivery, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry within 5 days of receipt of the product.
We will exchange it for a good product that is identical to the one you ordered, except in the following cases
We do not accept exchanges in the following cases
- For the customer's own convenience (different image, size mismatch, etc.)
- If you do not contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
- In the case of sale items
- In the case of pre-order or made-to-order products
- In case of loss of any part of the product such as accessories due to the customer's responsibility
- If the product is defaced or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
- If the product has been used at least once
- If the product has been purchased from a retailer other than our store.
- Other cases in which we deem it impossible to accept an exchange in accordance with the above.
For products that cannot be exchanged due to out-of-stock, we will issue a refund.
Refund methods for credit card payments will be in accordance with the credit card company.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges:
We will pay for the shipping costs of exchanging defective or incorrect items.
