Please note that if the delivery date is more than one month in advance, the payment may be debited before the product is delivered.
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns of products for any reason except for "defective products" or "wrong products" by the customer.
Shipping of merchandise: Merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Returns, defective products, and cancellations:
The contract with the customer is considered to be concluded when the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent from our store.
If there are any defects in the product or the product is incorrectly packaged upon delivery, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry within 5 days of receipt of the product.
We will exchange it for a good product that is identical to the one you ordered, except in the following cases
We do not accept exchanges in the following cases

- In the case of pre-order or made-to-order products

For products that cannot be exchanged due to out-of-stock, we will issue a refund.
