Refund policy

Returns, defective products, and cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any cancellation, change, or return of products for the customer's convenience except for "defective products" or "wrong products".

The contract with the customer is considered to be concluded when the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent from our store.

If there are any defects in the product or the product is incorrectly packaged upon delivery, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry within 5 days of receipt of the product.

We will exchange it for a good product that is identical to the one you ordered, except in the following cases

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases

  1. In case of customer's convenience (different from the image, size mismatch, etc.)
  2. If you fail to notify us of defective items within 5 days of receipt
  3. In the case of sale items
  4. In the case of pre-order or made-to-order items
  5. In case of loss of any part of the product such as accessories due to the customer's responsibility
  6. If the product is defaced or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
  7. If the product has been used at least once
  8. If the product has been purchased from a retailer other than our store.
  9. Other cases in which we deem it impossible to accept an exchange in accordance with the above.

If the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
We will refund your credit card company for the refund method for credit card payment.

Return period

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items

We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging defective or incorrect items.
